Pygmies – Congo
The word Pygmies comes from the Greek Pygmaioi and means human height to the elbow. They are therefore characterized by a height that does not exceed 140-150 cm in adults, but despite their small stature, they were famous elephant hunters.
Although it does not look like that according to the picture, the Pygmies belong to the most smiling tribes that Pavol Barabáš visited. They don’t know the word war or fight in their dictionary at all – they solve everything by dancing. They simply dance for every problem, joy, sadness.
They know more than 2000 species of plants, they are able to read not only the species but also the sex of the animal.
